Kathy is a marketing and communications specialist with over a decade of experience in writing, editing, design, public relations, instructional design, project management, and digital and print marketing. She has spent her professional career creating, reviewing and maintaining websites, email blasts, magazines, quarterly reports, training programs and other marketing materials, utilizing her expertise to ensure all communications are effective, professional, clear and concise. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in editing from Brigham Young University.

Ron brings over 20 years of business operation experience to Upland Business Advisors. His background as a business owner in disparate industries lends him valuable expertise in small business operation and growth.
Scott has over two decades of successful business transaction experience. He was a top-producing franchise sales manager and has since guided hundreds of sellers and buyers through seamless business ownership transactions.
Ron has been involved in business brokerage for over 15 years, successfully closing over 60 transactions. He has owned and run several small businesses, so he understands firsthand the process of selling a business.
